Relocating to Southern California
The whole transaction handled while you're still out of state. Zoom showings, virtual signings, and partner introductions for lending and moving.

The whole transaction, handled while you're still somewhere else
Relocating buyers carry one specific fear and they usually say it out loud: can we trust you to handle everything remotely?
I've done exactly that, repeatedly, for buyers moving into Southern California and for owners selling from another state. One out-of-state seller put it plainly: "We lived in a different state so we thought it would create challenges being so far away, but Bobejo handled everything."
That's out-of-state relocation only.
Start with a consultation

Neighborhood orientation before you fly out
The most expensive relocation mistake is choosing a neighborhood from a map and a median price. Southern California doesn't reward that.
Six Westside neighborhoods within a few miles of each other differ on commute, noise, housing stock, and cost structure. Whether you want a house with a yard or a lock-and-leave condo changes the answer completely. So does whether you'll be driving to a Playa Vista office, commuting the I-15 corridor from Murrieta, or flying weekly out of LAX.
That conversation happens before you book flights, so the trip is for confirming rather than discovering.
How remote actually works
Zoom showings walked live, with the camera pointed where you ask rather than where a listing photographer chose.
Virtual signings. California transactions are handled through escrow and title rather than an in-person settlement table, which makes them genuinely easier to close from a distance than in many states.
Local eyes on the property. Inspection coordination, with me there in person at the points where that matters.
Introductions for lending and moving, so you aren't sourcing vendors in a city you don't know yet.
Timing a move around a job start
Relocation timelines are usually driven by something other than the housing market: a start date, a school year, a lease ending. Those constraints are the plan rather than an inconvenience to it.
Relocation purchases often run longer than local ones because of job timing and remote logistics. That's normal and it's planned for rather than treated as a delay.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I really buy a home without flying out first?
Yes, and buyers do it. Zoom showings walked live, local eyes on inspections, and California's escrow and title process rather than an in-person settlement table. Most relocating buyers still visit before committing, but the transaction itself doesn't require you to be here.
Which Westside neighborhood should I be looking at?
It depends on things a median price can't tell you: whether you want a yard or lock-and-leave, where you'll be commuting, and how you feel about aircraft noise versus paying more to avoid it. That's exactly the conversation to have before you book a trip.
How long does a relocation purchase usually take?
Often longer than a local purchase, because job timing and remote logistics set the pace. That's normal, and it's planned for rather than treated as a delay.
Can you plan around my job start date?
Yes. A start date, a school year, or a lease ending is the plan, not an inconvenience to it.
Who's there for the inspection if I'm not?
I am. I coordinate the inspection, I'm there in person, and I go over what the inspector found with you afterward, by phone or Zoom.
