Terms of Use

The terms that apply to using firstkeypacific.com, including what the information on this site is and isn't, and the limits of what it can tell you.

The short version

This website is published by Bobejo Kelley of First Key Pacific, a licensed California real estate agent (calDRE 02085097) with Keller Williams Premier Properties.

Using it means accepting what's below. None of it is unusual, and it's written plainly on purpose. Last updated August 2026.

What the information here is, and isn't

Everything on this site is provided for general information. It describes how Bobejo works and what the Westside Los Angeles market is generally like. It isn't advice about your specific situation, and it isn't a substitute for a conversation.

Nothing here is legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. Real estate transactions involve legal and financial questions that deserve a qualified professional looking at your actual circumstances. Bobejo will tell you when something needs an attorney, an accountant, or a lender rather than an agent.

Neighborhood descriptions, market commentary, and process explanations reflect a point in time. Markets move and rules change. Anything that matters to a decision you're about to make is worth confirming rather than assuming.

Property information

Any property information shown here is believed accurate but isn't guaranteed. Listing details, availability, and pricing change, sometimes within a day. Square footage, lot size, permitted status, and school assignment come from sources that are generally reliable and occasionally wrong.

Verify anything material to your decision independently. On a specific property Bobejo will help you do exactly that, which is a large part of the job.

Using this site doesn't make you a client

Sending a message through this website, subscribing to something, or using the chat assistant doesn't create an agency relationship or make Bobejo your representative.

Representation begins when there's a written agreement between you and Bobejo. For buyers in California that's the Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement. For sellers it's a listing agreement. Until one of those is signed and in place, no agency relationship exists.

The chat assistant

The chat feature on this site is an AI assistant that answers questions using the content published here. It's useful for orientation and for questions with general answers.

It isn't Bobejo, it can be wrong, and it shouldn't be relied on for anything that matters. Anything specific to your property, your transaction, or your money should come from Bobejo directly. Call or text her at 310.708.7717.

Equal housing

First Key Pacific and Bobejo Kelley support the Fair Housing Act and Equal Housing Opportunity. All services are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected under federal, California, or local law.

Governing law and contact

Frequently Asked Questions

Does contacting you through this site make you my agent?

No. Representation starts with a written agreement: the Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement for buyers, or a listing agreement for sellers. Sending a message or using the chat doesn't create an agency relationship.

Can I rely on the property information shown here?

Treat it as a starting point rather than a final answer. It's believed accurate but not verified, and details like square footage, permitted status and school assignment come from sources that are usually right and sometimes not. Anything material to your decision should be verified, and on a specific property that verification is part of the job.

Is the chat assistant actually Bobejo?

No. It's an AI assistant answering from the content published on this site. It's helpful for general questions and it can be wrong. Anything about your specific property, transaction, or money should come from Bobejo directly.
