Privacy Policy

How First Key Pacific collects, uses, stores and shares the information you provide through this website, and how to have it removed.

Who this covers

This policy covers firstkeypacific.com, operated by Bobejo Kelley of First Key Pacific, a licensed California real estate agent (calDRE 02085097) with Keller Williams Premier Properties.

It describes what this website collects, what happens to it, and how to get it removed. It's written to be read rather than to be impressive. Last updated October 2026.

What this site collects

The forms on this site collect your first name, last name, and email address, plus optionally your phone number and a message. Some forms ask an extra question or two relevant to what you're asking about, such as whether you're already working with an agent.

If you provide a phone number and agree to receive text messages, the site records that you consented, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time. That record exists to protect you as much as anyone.

Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, financial account details, or payment information. If a page ever appears to, don't enter it and please tell Bobejo.

Where your information goes

Being specific about this is more useful than a general statement about trusted partners.

Form submissions go to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system First Key Pacific uses to manage inquiries and follow-up. This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical request data any web host does. If you use the chat assistant on the site, your messages are processed by Anthropic to generate a reply. Rate limiting, which protects the forms from automated abuse, may use Upstash.

Visitor measurement. This site uses Microsoft Clarity to measure how pages are used: where people scroll, what they click, and where a page is confusing. It records activity on the page, not who you are, and it hides anything typed into a form. Microsoft keeps those recordings for up to 90 days, under Microsoft's own privacy statement.

Advertising measurement. This site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, to measure which ads bring visitors and inquiries to the site and to show First Key Pacific ads to people who have visited. It records that a visit or an inquiry happened, never your name, email or phone number. You can control how Meta uses this in your Facebook ad preferences.

Keller Williams Premier Properties doesn't have access to inquiries submitted through this website.

Your information isn't sold. It isn't traded. It isn't handed to a lead-generation company or a third-party marketing list.

How long it's kept

Information you provide is kept for as long as it's needed to provide these services and to stay in contact with you, and until you ask to have it removed.

There's no automatic deletion date. Most of this business comes from people coming back years later and from referrals, so contact records are treated as a long-term relationship rather than a temporary file. If you'd rather not be on it, that's a single email and it's done.

Transaction records specifically are retained for at least three years, which California law requires of licensed brokers and their agents.

Email and text messages

First Key Pacific does send marketing email: market updates, new listings, and occasional useful information about buying and selling on the Westside. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link and a physical postal address, as required.

Text messages are only sent to numbers where consent was given, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Replying HELP gets you help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Replying to an inquiry you sent isn't marketing, and opting out of marketing doesn't opt you out of an answer.

Getting your information changed or removed

You can ask what's held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email bobejo@firstkeypacific.com or call 310.708.7717 and it will be handled.

There's no form and no process to navigate. A plain email asking to be removed is enough.

One limit worth stating honestly: records tied to a completed real estate transaction may need to be retained to meet legal and record-keeping obligations even after a deletion request, for the period the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses the minimum needed to function and to understand which pages people find useful. It doesn't run third-party advertising trackers that follow you around other websites.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Doing so won't stop you using this site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell my information?

No. It isn't sold, traded, or passed to a lead-generation company or third-party marketing list. Form submissions go into the customer relationship system First Key Pacific uses to follow up with you, and that's the extent of it.

How do I get removed from your list?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, reply STOP to a text, or simply email bobejo@firstkeypacific.com and ask. Any of the three works and there's no process to navigate.

Does Keller Williams see my inquiry?

No. Inquiries submitted through this website go to First Key Pacific's own customer relationship system. Keller Williams Premier Properties doesn't have access to them.

How long do you keep my information?

For as long as it's needed to stay in contact with you, and until you ask to have it removed. There's no automatic deletion date, because most of this business comes from people returning years later and from referrals. Transaction records specifically are kept for at least three years, which California law requires of licensed brokers and agents. Asking to be removed takes one email.
